Jayapura Regency Gross Regional Domestic Product by Expenditure 2019-2023

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is one of the economic data tools that can be used to evaluate the economic development performance of a region (province or district/city). This data tool can also be used for other purposes and objectives, such as the basis for developing economic models in formulating policies, the rate of acceleration of money circulation (velocity of money), deepening the financial sector (financial deepening), tax determination, export and import studies, and so on. This publication specifically discusses GRDP according to the final expenditure/demand approach. This approach is detailed into several components, namely: Household Final Consumption Expenditure, Final Consumption Expenditure of Non-Profit Institutions Serving Households, Government Final Consumption Expenditure, Investment (Gross Fixed Capital Formation and Changes in Inventories), External Exports, External Imports, and Net External Exports between Regions (interregional exports minus interregional imports). The GRDP data in this publication and subsequent publications use the 2010 base year, and already apply the System of National Accounts 2008 concept as recommended by the United Nations.
