Abstract

The report on the results of the Jayapura Regency BPS Data Needs Survey provides an overview of the level of service user satisfaction with services at the BPS Jayapura Regency Integrated Statistical Service Unit (PST). The indicators presented in the 2024 Quarter I report include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
