Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is part of the public service evaluation efforts conducted by Statistics Indonesia (BPS), in accordance with Law Number 25 of 2009 and Ministerial Regulation Number 14 of 2017. The 2025 SKD conducted in the first quarter aims to assess user satisfaction with services provided by the Integrated Statistical Service Unit (PST) of BPS, and to identify user needs and perceptions regarding the quality of statistical data. This report presents key indicators including the Customer Satisfaction Index (IKK), Public Satisfaction Index (IKM), Perceived Service Quality Index (IPKP), and Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK). The survey results serve as a foundation for improving the quality of statistical data services and information provided by BPS in the future.
