Welfare Indicators of Jayapura Regency Residents in 2024

Improving the welfare of the people is a primary goal of government development. To achieve the desired level of welfare, a series of continuous, comprehensive, targeted, and integrated programs must be implemented. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and plan a number of indicators that can reflect the development of the people's standard of living, considering the development over time, regional diversity, and gender equality. This publication of Welfare Indicators aims to present these indicators. This publication presents strategic indicators of social welfare. The data used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry of Health. BPS data is sourced from the National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas) and the 2020-2035 Population Projection of Papua Province Districts/Cities.
